SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground to addresses within the continental United States. UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air are also available upon request. The map above shows average business days in transit to designated areas via UPS Ground service.

UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or Military address. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail. Shipments to Military (APO) addresses wil be shipped U.S. Airmail Parcel Post Insured. Shipments to these addresses will automatically be billed for this service and not the UPS rate that may be listed on your order.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via US Priority Mail. Shipments to these addresses will automatically be billed for this service and not the UPS rate that may be listed on your order.

Canadian and International orders will be shipped U.S. Airmail Parcel Post Insured.  RPM Collectables cannot be held responsible for any customs fees due at time of delivery. Any orders returned due to the customer not paying custom fees will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

FOR MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS - it is likely that all cars / items on the order will not be received and ready to ship at the same time. Our policy for multiple item orders is to bill and hold each item when it arrives at RPM Collectables. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS will be shipped at the multiple item shipping rate on your order when all items on the order have arrived.  If you would like separate shipments sent as items become available please contact us by phone or e-mail to make this request.  Additional shipping charges will apply for multiple shipments.

DAMAGES:

We take great care in shipping our products to you. Any damages must be reported within 3 days of shipment receipt by phone or e-mail. Customer must retain the packing slip and all packaging material. See our "RETURNS" policy page for additional details

After your package ships, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
