PRE-ORDERS

Items listed on our website with future delivery dates (“pre-orders”) can be ordered in advance of being released by the manufacturer. These highly desirable items may likely be “sold out” before they have even been released by the manufacturer.

All pre-orders are processed in the order that they are received by RPM Collectables.

After placing an order with us for a pre-order item, please check the site regularly for the latest information. If you would like to e-mail us regarding the status of your pre- order, please do so at sales@rpmcollectables.com  Please include your name and order number in the e-mail to assist us in locating your order.

In fairness to other collectors, if you're not absolutely certain you want an item, please do not pre-order it. This could prevent another collector who really wants an item from pre-ordering one (since we only take pre-orders for the number of each item that has been allocated to us by the manufacturer). Consequently, if you do decide to cancel a pre-ordered item, a cancellation fee will be billed to your credit card. Our current pre-order cancellation fee is 25% of the price of the item if your order is canceled after the item has been released from the manufacturer.  No fee is charged if your cancellation is prior to the time the item is released.

On our website, we will list the latest production quantities and release dates that are available to us from the manufacturer. These will be updated when new information is received.

RPM Collectables cannot be held responsible for production quantity changes or release date changes. Release dates and production quantities are determined by the manufacturer and may change.
